Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, labels, and hygiene strips are attached and in pristine condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
